Enjoy the Fall River from the deck of this 1,100 square foot – two bedroom (1 King, 2 Twins), 2 full bath condo.  The living room has a Queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress.  Sleeps 6 very comfortably!  A river-view balcony, full kitchen, and great room with a flat-screen TV make this the perfect spot for an Estes Park vacation.  Located about 1 mile west of downtown Estes Park and 2 miles from the North entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Free WIFI, gas grill, washer/dryer.

Two night minimum stay required!  We allow a maximum of 2 dogs in the condo.  Dogs are allowed for a charge of $25/night per dog.  Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind on our property, including the balcony & decks.  Please see our Policies page for more information.
